Greg S. Blair

Greg Blair earned a B.A. in Government with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin and a J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law. His professional experience includes serving as in-house counsel for three national retail companies: Dell, Inc., Prodigy Communications Corporation, and Green Mountain Energy Company.

Greg's expertise is in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements including asset purchase, stock purchase, strategic marketing, joint venture, portal advertising, trademark license, content syndication, network service, software distribution and similar agreements. He also advises clients regarding compliance with advertising and unfair competition laws including false advertising claims, e-mail marketing, promotional activities, privacy policies and state and federal telemarketing requirements. Technology companies often utilize his experience regarding copyright and trademark matters. A diverse group of business clients rely on him to assist in organizing their enterprises as corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships and other business forms as well as seek his counsel in corporate governance and preparing stakeholder agreements.
